About the role
Nezda Technologies, Inc.' is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this full-time role, based in Mall of Asia, Pasay City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our healthcare clients and their customers.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound calls from customers and providing prompt, professional and empathetic support
- Logging customer inquiries, complaints and feedback in our customer relationship management system
- Resolving customer issues by identifying and addressing their needs in a timely and effective manner
What we're looking for
- Atleast 6 months of experience: Customer Service Representative Healthcare Account
- Atleast High School Graduate
- Must be able to Start this coming September 29
- Must be amenable to work in Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City
