JOB DESCRIPTION/FUNCTIONS:

ACCOUNTING CLERK - (Php 18,

PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT DIVISION - Bookkeeping Unit

  1. Primarily responsible for the recording of disbursements and other financial transactions related to Personnel Services Accounts of regular employees, Other Professional Services of non-regular employees and their corresponding Asset or Liability accounts;

  2. Monitor the general and subsidiary ledgers of assigned financial transaction / accounts and ensure accuracy of their monthly balances;

  3. Prepare and submit to Head, Bookkeeping Unit for review the quarterly Report on Salaries and Allowances Received by Principal Officers of the Agency and its supporting schedule and documents;

  4. Prepare all necessary reports related to the assigned financial accounts;

  5. Assist in answering internal and external queries regarding payments of Personnel Services, Other Professional Serves and Veteran's Benefits;

  6. Perform tasks needed to facilitate the submission of documents and reports to oversight agencies; and

  7. Perform other duties that may be assigned by Unit and Section Head.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,957.00 per month
