Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll support, and general accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Banking

  • Prepare Account Payable Vouchers and Check Vouchers for all expense check preparations.
  • Maintain organized files for company and household expenses with supporting documents.
  • Perform daily banking transactions.
  • Call banks for confirmation of deposits.

Payroll Support and Filing

  • Check and verify the weekly production payroll.
  • Check the schedule for the 13th Month Pay of production staff.
  • Maintain individual files for all production employee pay slips.
  • Furnish copies of pay slips to production employees as required.

Accounts Receivable and Sales Support

  • Prepare the Monthly Outstanding Accounts Receivables report.
  • Follow up on collections by calling or sending messages via Viber or email to clients.
  • Check Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices for deliveries.
  • Print clients' Purchase Orders received from the Sales Department.
  • Monitor client Purchase Orders to ensure complete delivery.

Tax Preparation Support

  • Prepare Creditable Income Taxes Withheld at Source (Expanded) for suppliers.
  • Prepare the schedule for the Monthly Remittance Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded).
  • Prepare the schedule for the Annual Information Return of Creditable Income Taxes Withheld (Expanded).

General Duties

  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
