Job Summary:
The Logistics Temp is in charge of monitoring incoming shipments. This position shall also ensure compliance with the rules and regulations of the Bureau of Customs, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and other related government agencies. Closely work with Logistics assistant and Demand planner on inventory replenishment. Responsible for communicating with Brand companies for any shipment-related concerns and orders. This position needs to give full visibility of all incoming stocks to sales, marketing, supply chain and finance.

  • Process importation documents, review computation of taxes and duties for accuracy, and coordinate with customs broker for timely release of shipment from customs.
  • Monitoring/ updating of incoming shipment
  • Shipping docs review and ORB submission (if necessary)
  • Prepare Authority to Release Imported Goods (ATRIG) & ensure that Bureau of Internal
  • Revenue stamps are delivered on time.
  • Review and ensure on time billings for freight and customs brokerage.
  • Report any delays on shipment, customs issues or requirements that may impact the release of stocks needed for replenishment.
  • Communicates internally to Marketing & Sales for demand requirements and to Brand
  • Co and Seahub for supply-related matters.
  • Prepare Supply Chain reports related to inbound.
  • Complies with all importation procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties assigned from time to time by the Manager

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Customs Administration or any business-related course, licensed Custom Broker is an advantage
  • 2+ years relevant experience in importation, preferably in FMCG industry or in Supply-Chain
  • Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • English Fluency
