Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field is preferred.

Purchase Order Processing (using NetSuite)

  • Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently within the NetSuite system based on approved requisitions.
  • Ensure all necessary information is accurately entered into NetSuite, such as item codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery details.
  • Track the status of purchase orders in NetSuite and follow up with suppliers to confirm receipt and expected delivery dates.
  • Maintain organized electronic records of all purchase orders and related documentation within NetSuite.

Supplier Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for suppliers for routine inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Assist in gathering quotations and proposals from potential suppliers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, discrepancies, and other logistical arrangements.
  • Maintain and update supplier contact information.

Record Keeping and Documentation:

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records within NetSuite for procurement-related documents, including vendor information, price lists, and contracts.
  • Assist in the generation of procurement reports and summaries as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all procurement records.

Invoice Processing Support (using NetSuite):

  • Assist in the reconciliation of invoices with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
  • Liaise with the Finance department to resolve any invoice discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices for payment.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies for the Procurement department.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new suppliers.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure all procurement activities comply with ORCA's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Assist in gathering documentation required for compliance audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
