  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle and / or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Proven 2 - 3 Years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, inventory control, and / or customer service role, preferably within a fast-paced distribution or retail environment.
  • Familiarity with standard logistics documentation (e.g., ASN, Gatepass).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to coordinate complex delivery schedules and resolve logistics issues proactively.

Customer Service & Logistics Coordination

  • Manage the Replenishment Plan, including regular updating and adjustments.
  • Generate Transfer Orders within the system to facilitate stock movement.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries, which involves handling ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) and Gatepass generation, and actively managing and resolving delivery concerns.
  • Execute and record all necessary Oracle Transactions, such as sub-inventory transfers and inter-organization transfers, and manage the receiving of inter-organization transfer transactions.

Sales Order Management

  • Perform Data Cleansing and Summary Validation on sales data.
  • Conduct mandatory Inventory Checking and Price Maintenance before sales order encoding.
  • Encode Sales Orders accurately into the system.
  • Manage the outbound logistics process by creating Pick Waves, performing Confirmation, and completing Shipping Confirmation.
  • Maintain and update internal financial and sales records, including the Sales Summary for Finance and the Consolidated Sales report (detailed by SKU and Retailer).

Miscellaneous Transactions & Kitting/Bundling

  • Process special transactions like Kitting and Bundling.
  • Initiate and complete the Creation of Misc Transaction Form.
  • Schedule and coordinate delivery (ASN/Gatepass/Concerns Management) and manage Physical Delivery Receiving.
  • Maintain accurate records by Updating the Miscellaneous Tracker and executing corresponding Oracle Transactions.

Product Allowance Management

  • Prepare the Product Allowance Template.
  • Process Transfer Order Requests for product allowances.
  • Schedule and coordinate delivery (ASN/Gatepass/Concerns Management) and manage Physical Delivery Receiving.
  • Oversee Packing and Distribution of product allowance items.
  • Track associated costs by Updating the Delivery Expense Tracker.
  • Record necessary Oracle Transactions and Update the Miscellaneous Transactions Tracker.

Inventory Control

  • Manage and participate in Physical Inventory counts across three distinct sites (e.g., Airrlabs, IMSPI, MIFFI).
  • Conduct thorough Reconciliation of Physical Count (Pcount) data for all sites.
  • Generate the Consolidated Aging Report to track inventory age.
