- Support engagement programs: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Contribute to communication: Help deliver announcements, celebrations, and updates to enhance the employee experience.
- Assist with culture initiatives: Support efforts to foster connections, support onboarding, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Help with measurement: Assist in tasks related to measuring engagement, such as helping with surveys and analyzing feedback.
- Administrative support: Provide general HR administrative support for employee engagement-related projects.
- Administrative support: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, scheduling meetings, and maintaining department records.
- Employee records: Maintain and update employee databases, track attendance and leaves, and manage employee documentation accurately.
- Recruitment and hiring: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist with candidate communication.
- Onboarding and training: Coordinate and facilitate orientation and training programs for new employees.
- Payroll and benefits: Assist with payroll processing and help employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries.
- Employee relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, help resolve minor issues, and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- HR projects: Support the HR manager with other duties, such as policy updates and company event
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
