About the role

Linkage Foods Ventures Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and driven Human Resource Specialist to join our team in Pasig City Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for managing the company's compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Administering and maintaining the company's compensation and benefits programmes, including payroll, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
  • Master the statutory benefits/ e-gov processing, SSS, Pag-Ibig, Phil Health and Withholding Tax is MUST.
  • Responsible for the remittances of statutory benefits.
  • Conducting market research to benchmark salaries and benefits against industry competitors
  • Analysing compensation data and making recommendations to management on adjustments and improvements
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of new compensation and benefits initiatives
  • Providing guidance and support to employees on all compensation and benefits-related matters
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other HR team members to ensure a cohesive and effective HR strategy

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a HR Officer or Compensation and Benefits role, preferably within the food and beverage industry. Preferably who handles 1200 employees.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to compensation and benefits
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analysis tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
