Human Resource Manager

(National Capital Region – Ortigas, Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

The HR Manager will lead and oversee all human resource functions to ensure a positive work environment, compliance with labor laws, and the effective alignment of people strategy with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Oversee compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, ensuring fairness and alignment with company policies.

  2. Administer recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and keep top talent.

  3. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

  4. Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.

  5. Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs.

  6. Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and implement learning and development programs.

  7. Manage HR systems, data analytics, and reporting to support informed decision-making.

  8. Monitor compliance with safety, health, and employee welfare standards.

  9. Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks in line with best practices and evolving regulations.

  10. Serve as a key advisor to management on strategic HR planning and workforce development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, labor relations, training & development, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Other Details:

Full-time position Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱60,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
