Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage employee attendance and timekeeping records.
- Maintain and update daily timekeeping data in the system (e.g., biometrics, manual logs).
- Assist employees with inquiries related to attendance, leaves, and time records.
- Provide support in HR administrative tasks as needed.
- Participate in regular audits of timekeeping data to ensure accuracy.
- Process and document leave applications, such as sick leave, vacation leave, and other absences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
