What we're looking for:

Affiliate Marketing Specialists, who are knowledgeable and excels to:

  • Proficiency in different social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, etc. (Affiliate Center)
  • Strong understanding of TikTok as a platform, including trends, audience behavior, market flow, and content formats.
  • Strong ability to analyze audience engagement and traffic metrics to qualify affiliates.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential affiliates with strong audience engagements.
  • Build relationships with creators, influencers, and other affiliates to promote our products.
  • Evaluate affiliate profiles to ensure alignment with brand and audience engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide affiliates with marketing assets and product info.
  • Track affiliate performance and provide regular updates on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, or any social media marketing platforms, exactly or similar to TikTok. (relevant experiences will be evaluated)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to suggest new affiliate growth strategies and campaign ideas.
  • Ability to interpret social media metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, video views, and click-through rates.
  • Determined and embodies humility
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
