What is your mission?
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Search/Social Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience managing eCommerce campaigns, and a proven ability to drive ROI through data-driven decision-making and continuous campaign optimization.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Align campaign strategies with company goals across performance marketing and product launches.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams for cohesive messaging and landing page optimization.
Optimization & Performance Management
- Monitor daily spend, pacing, and performance metrics.
- Optimize bids, budgets, and ad structures to maximize ROI.
- Run A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
- Analyze conversion paths and user behavior using GA4 and related analytics tools.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Build data-driven forecasts and manage budget tracking through Excel or Google Sheets.
- Present actionable summaries to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Innovation & Growth
- Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
- Recommend new testing roadmaps and growth strategies.
- Explore emerging paid media channels such as YouTube, TikTok, and Amazon Ads.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field (required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Experience managing and optimizing campaigns for eCommerce websites or platforms.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools and digital analytics platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, optimization, and attribution modeling skills.
- Leadership or decision-making experience—team management or ownership of key marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
