I. Summary

Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's products or services. This role involves market research, content creation, coordination with various departments, and analysis of marketing performance to drive brand awareness and sales growth.

II. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional activities to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams for campaign execution.
  • Manage social media pages and online marketing initiatives to increase engagement and visibility.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, posters, and digital content.
  • Organize and support company events, product launches, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prepare performance reports.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, media partners, and external agencies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Suggest innovative ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and brand positioning.

III. Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
