About the Role – Corporate Trainer (Telesales)

We're looking for a Corporate Trainer to strengthen the Learning team supporting Deposits and Telesales. This role will be instrumental in enhancing team capabilities through effective learning programs, onboarding new hires, and collaborating with Quality Control to continuously improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Training Delivery:
    Assess learning needs, design training programs, conduct in-person and online sessions, collect feedback, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Business Partnership:
    Work closely with business verticals to identify development areas and align learning solutions with strategic goals.
  • Collaboration with Methodologists & E-Learning Team:
    Contribute to the digitalization of in-person training programs and ensure content remains up to date.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Track attendance, analyze feedback, measure training impact, and recommend improvements to formats and processes.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in corporate or business training (sales or telesales environment preferred).
  • Proven ability to design learning programs aligned with specific business goals.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end training delivery, from needs assessment to evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or above is a plus.
