About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Trainers to join our growing team. This part-time, commission-based opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel at teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed in sales and customer service.

You'll be part of an innovative e-learning community, creating engaging online courses and delivering virtual training sessions to professionals, educators, and organizations.


Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions focused on sales strategies, communication, and customer relationship management.
  • Create course materials, modules, and assessments through our LMS platform.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to learners for skill improvement.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote your course and attract students.
  • Continuously update training content based on market trends and learner needs.

Qualifications:
  • Background in Sales, Customer Service, or Corporate Training.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience teaching online or conducting workshops is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

Compensation:

Commission-Based Earnings – Trainers earn a percentage from every enrolled student in their course.
