Schedule

Classes run during global business hours. Peak times include:

  • 5 AM – 2 PM
  • 3 PM – 6 PM
  • 7 PM – 12 AM

Tutors should be available for at least 25 hours/week (weekend availability preferred).


Who We're Looking For

We work with learners who expect clarity, professionalism, and career-aligned instruction. To ensure the best experience for both tutors and students, we're looking for educators who meet the following:

Minimum Requirements (Must Have)
  • Bachelor's Degree (any 4-year course)
  • At least 2 years of ESL or Business English teaching experience (online or offline)
  • TEFL/TESOL Certification (120 hrs+)


    • Can be obtained before onboarding if you're currently completing it
  • Strong spoken English proficiency (C2 level – EFSET required)
  • Professional teaching setup that meets our minimum tech standards (see below)
Preferred Backgrounds
  • Former school teachers transitioning to online instruction
  • Corporate trainers, BPO professionals, or client-facing roles with excellent English
  • Experienced tutors from other ESL platforms seeking premium adult learners

Required Teaching Setup

To ensure smooth, high-quality classes for executives and professionals:

  • CPU: Intel i5 (8th Gen+) / Ryzen / Apple M1+
  • RAM: 8GB minimum
  • Internet: Wired 25 Mbps+ (main) + backup connection
  • Webcam: External 1080p
  • Headset: Noise-cancelling, USB
  • Environment: Quiet, well-lit, clutter-free space
