Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will design engaging eLearning content, deliver impactful training, and collaborate with experts across teams to strengthen organizational capability. You'll enhance knowledge-sharing, improve training strategies, and support teams in mastering technical tools essential for operational effectiveness.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 2 years and above experience
  • 3-5 years applications support in a corporate services environment with multiple integrations
  • Significant understanding and experience with Construction, Manufacturing, Service, Finance, and Sales in support of ERP, CMS, and CRM business processes and systems
  • Analytical skills to critically evaluate information, reconcile differing views, decompose high-level info into details, and distinguish user requests from true needs
  • Experience with the following applications is not required but are a plus:
  • IFS
  • Great Plains
  • SQL, SRRS, and Crystal Reporting
  • Articulate
  • Rise
  • ClickLearn
  • Modern Data Platform
  • Vendor management experience in coordinating incident resolutions, upgrades, customizations, and training

Skills

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to solve complex business problems
  • B.S. or equivalent experience
  • Flexibility of hours may be needed at times to meet corporate demands
  • Proven ability to collaborate and produce results
  • Viewpoint Vista experience preferred

Your Daily Tasks

Digital Design and Training

  • Conduct engaging and informative employee training sessions.
  • Adapt training delivery methods to suit diverse audiences and learning preferences.
  • Design and develop eLearning courses with audio and video aligned with learning objectives.
  • Create interactive multimedia components such as videos, quizzes, and simulations.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
  • Collect feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery.

Documentation

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials and best-practice documentation.
  • Create clear, user-friendly guides and manuals for self-paced learning.
