Project Site Engineer

· Handles the day to day construction monitoring of the Site assigned. Directly coordinates with contractors for all construction related concerns.

· Adhere to project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems under tight schedule, and extreme pressure.

Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.

Controls project costs by monitoring and regulating jobsite expenses;

Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing jobsite accomplishment and reporting to management;

Determines project specifications by studying product design, client requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates, and Bill of Materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience
  • Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
