Project In-Charge/Site Engineer

  • Directs and coordinates of Project Employees (Engineering, General Foremen) to ensure that project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget; assigns an engineer or personnel-in- charge for shifting schedules when necessary.
  • Assists the Project Manager in the preparation, monitoring and maintenance of the project construction in accordance to its schedules plan specifications, and other related activities.
  • Prepares and provides at least one week look ahead site activity schedule based on the schedule provided by the Project Manager.
  • Reviews and checks plans for any inconsistencies versus on-site implementation and report to Project Manager for proper evaluation.
  • Implements action plans to deal with the delays such as bad weather or emergencies at construction site.
  • Conducts regular site meetings and status report update among employees/ workers to keep track of the progress of project.
  • Ensures completion and track all independent testing and inspections as required.
  • Evaluates performance of all directly reporting project employees in the execution of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Implements effective strategies on possible cost saving measures for the projects.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
  • With or Without Experience
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Works will under pressure and meets tight deadline
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions
  • Must be willing to assign in Taguig City (Project Site)
  • Preferably living or near Taguig City

Note: The project site is located in Taguig.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php18,900.00 per month
