Civil Project Engineer Cleanvironment Waste Management Services Inc. is looking for a Civil Project Engineer. Job Description The Project Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure related to waste management operations, including landfill cells, leachate collection systems, recycling facilities, waste treatment plants, drainage systems, dredging, and other related structures. The role ensures all projects comply with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company quality requirements. Responsibilities Project Planning: develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation; coordinate with stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Project Execution: oversee the implementation of waste management projects, manage teams of staff, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards. Resource Management: allocate and manage personnel, equipment, and materials; monitor usage and make adjustments to stay within budget and schedule. Budget and Cost Control: develop and manage project budgets; monitor expenses and implement cost‑control measures. Compliance and Safety: ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company policies; conduct site inspections and safety audits. Stakeholder Communication: act as primary contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders; provide regular updates and reports. Quality Assurance: implement and monitor quality control processes; address discrepancies promptly. Documentation and Reporting: maintain accurate project documentation; prepare and present reports to senior management. Problem‑Solving: identify and resolve project‑related issues, implement corrective actions and process improvements. Project Closeout: oversee successful completion and closeout; conduct post‑project evaluations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer preferred). Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil works; experience in dredging, waste management, or environmental engineering projects is an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design software. Familiarity with environmental regulations (DENR, EMB) and waste management best practices. Strong project management, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Willingness to work in Parañaque Area and be assigned to any sites. Can start ASAP.
