ABOUT THE JOB

McCoy Philippines is seeking an Account Developer focused on growing our staff augmentation business within the Philippines. You will build and strengthen relationships with C-level stakeholders of all types of companies, identify new entry points for deploying McCoy talents, and expand our presence through up-selling and cross-selling SAP and technology services.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Secures staff augmentation placements in all possible customer relations.
• Drive consistent upsell/cross-sell growth with the current and new customer relations.
• Leverage an established enterprise network to open new opportunities and expand our footprint.
• Establishes McCoy as a trusted partner by aligning our solutions to customer strategies.
• Builds and maintains strong C-level and key stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborates effectively with internal and external teams to deliver value and win opportunities.
• Monitors account performances and ensures the successful delivery of services.
• Stays informed on market trends to support customer engagement

WHO ARE YOU?

• Minimum 10 years' experience selling SAP solutions to the Philippine market from medium to enterprise customers.
• Proven track record in staff augmentation growth, upselling, and cross-selling within the Philippine market.
• Strong understanding of the ERP market in the Philippines and familiarity with cloud solutions (e.g., ERP, Procurement, industry-specific platforms).
• Established C-level network within major Philippine enterprises.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and maintain long-term customer loyalty.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Highly driven, collaborative, and effective in fast-paced environments.
