Senior Finance BPO Lead
Work Setup: Onsite
Location: Ortigas Pasig City
Salary Range: ₱40,000 – ₱45,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance BPO Lead to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with PEZA and BOI requirements. The role involves managing day-to-day finance and accounting functions, streamlining processes, and supporting continuous improvement within a BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with PEZA and BOI regulations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to support audit requirements.
- Lead and mentor finance team members to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a BPO setting.
- Strong knowledge of PEZA and BOI compliance and reporting is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
