Primary Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Manage warranty claims and service request.
  • Conducts follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with resolution.
  • Work with sales teams to align post sales services with cr need.
  • Collaborate with technical and development teams to resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement after sales service strategies to improve customer retention.
  • Recommend up selling service.
  • Participate in campaigns to encourage repeat purchases or referrals.
  • Process quotation for after sales parts and services.
  • Process, execute after sales parts and services contracts.
  • Promote, implement, negotiate and increase after sales service and parts to hospital clients;
  • And other tasks that may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in aftersales, customer service, or technical support, preferably in the medical supplies or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with sales, technical, and development teams.
  • Knowledge of medical equipment, warranty processes, and aftersales operations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Can start ASAP.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
