Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Manage warranty claims and service request.
- Conducts follow up to ensure customer satisfaction with resolution.
- Work with sales teams to align post sales services with cr need.
- Collaborate with technical and development teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and implement after sales service strategies to improve customer retention.
- Recommend up selling service.
- Participate in campaigns to encourage repeat purchases or referrals.
- Process quotation for after sales parts and services.
- Process, execute after sales parts and services contracts.
- Promote, implement, negotiate and increase after sales service and parts to hospital clients;
- And other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in aftersales, customer service, or technical support, preferably in the medical supplies or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with sales, technical, and development teams.
- Knowledge of medical equipment, warranty processes, and aftersales operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Can start ASAP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
