The Operations Manager (Branch Manager) is responsible for the overall management and performance of the dealership branch, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance with luxury brand standards. This role leads Sales, Aftersales, and Administrative teams to achieve business objectives while upholding the prestige, exclusivity, and service excellence associated with premium automotive brands. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the dealership branch, including vehicle sales, service, spare parts, and customer relations. Ensure smooth coordination among all departments to deliver a seamless customer journey from inquiry to vehicle delivery and aftersales support. Implement operational policies, brand guidelines, and quality standards set by both the company and the luxury brand principal. Monitor and manage branch KPIs such as sales targets, service efficiency, CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), and profitability. Lead the Sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales goals for both new and pre-owned vehicles. Develop sales strategies, promotions, and client engagement initiatives tailored to the luxury market. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and high-net-worth individuals. Oversee showroom presentation, product display, and brand experience to align with luxury standards. Supervise service operations to ensure high-quality maintenance, repairs, and timely service delivery. Coordinate with the Technical and Parts teams to ensure parts availability and service readiness. Monitor service revenue, warranty claims, and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure adherence to OEM guidelines, safety standards, and brand service protocols. Champion a customer‑centric culture throughout the branch, ensuring every interaction reflects brand prestige and exclusivity. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism, discretion, and focus on service recovery. Support CRM initiatives such as exclusive events, test drive experiences, and loyalty programs. Manage branch budgets, expenses, and operational costs to meet profitability targets. Analyze financial statements and prepare regular reports for management. Ensure proper documentation, cash flow management, and audit compliance. Oversee facilities, equipment, and asset maintenance to uphold showroom and service area standards. Lead, train, and motivate a multidisciplinary team across Sales, Service, Admin, and Customer Relations. Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular reviews and coaching sessions. Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is an advantage. At least 5 years of experience in automotive operations or dealership management, preferably in the luxury or premium vehicle segment. Strong background in both sales and aftersales management. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
