Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & Communication
- Interact with customers via live chat, email, or messaging platforms in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Understand customer needs, provide accurate information about products or services, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proactively initiate chat conversations with website visitors to generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain consistent tone and brand voice in all written communications.
2. Sales & Conversion
- Identify potential leads and convert inquiries into sales through persuasive communication and product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (e.g., chat conversions, revenue goals, upsells).
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales or nurture future opportunities.
3. Customer Support & Satisfaction
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (support, logistics, billing) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless post-sale experience to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
4. Product Knowledge & Training
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, pricing, promotions, and policies.
- Communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to sales and marketing teams to improve offerings.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance communication and product expertise.
5. Data Management & Reporting
- Document all customer interactions and outcomes in CRM or chat management systems.
- Track and analyze chat performance metrics such as response time, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager with insights and improvement recommendations.
