Job Description

As a Chat Support Representative – Telco, you will be the first point of contact for customers via chat and email. You will handle up to three chats simultaneously, addressing inquiries, assisting with activations, billing, provisioning, cancellations, technical support, and general account needs. You will guide new clients with their internet setup, provide expert suggestions, and deliver a professional and engaging customer experience. This role requires strong written communication, multitasking ability, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of Chat Support experience handling Telco campaigns
  • Experience in any telco region (AU Telco preferred)
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to support multiple areas including sales, billing, activations, and technical troubleshooting
  • College level (HS/SHS graduates may be considered)
  • Willing to work onsite at 12F Megatower, Ortigas
  • Dayshift schedule
  • HMO upon regularization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26, Php28,000.00 per month
