The ideal candidate will be responsible for encoding data, managing membership applications, processing availment requests, and providing exceptional customer service to our members. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong understanding of our membership benefits and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Encode data.

Process membership applications and renewals accurately and efficiently.

Handle membership requests and ensure timely processing according to company policies.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member information and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to members.

Monitor and report on membership statistics.

QUALIFICATIONS :

College level or College Graduate (preferably IT course graduate)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Computer literate (Microsoft Office : Excel & Word)
