About the role
Ayala Multi-Purpose Cooperative (Ayala Coop) is seeking an Encoder for a contract position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing data to support the cooperative's operations.
What you'll be doing
- Efficiently enter data into various software programs and databases
- Proofread and verify the accuracy of entered data
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of electronic records and files
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data processing
- Adhere to data entry procedures and quality standards
- Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an Encoder or in a similar data entry role
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
