Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately encode data into internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
  • Ensure all documentation is filed properly—physically or electronically—according to established guidelines.
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy before encoding.
  • Update and maintain logs and trackers for data entry and documentation activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company data and records.
  • Retrieve documents upon request from authorized personnel.
  • Assist in the digitization and scanning of paper documents.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed, such as photocopying, printing, and binding documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Graduates with no work experience may apply

Job Type: Full-time
