About the role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Encoder to be assigned to our client located in Makati City. As an Encoder, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and processing data using Microsoft Office applications. This full-time position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila office, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately transcribe and enter data from a variety of sources into our computerized systems
  2. Proofread and verify the accuracy of data entered to ensure high quality standards are met
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and resolve any issues or discrepancies
  4. Maintain meticulous records and files to support data integrity and retrieval
  5. Adhere to established policies, procedures and deadlines to ensure timely and efficient data processing
  6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data management processes

What we're looking for

  1. Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, and/or other related course.
  2. Excellent typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in using computer software applications, particularly word processing and spreadsheet tools
  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve data-related issues
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
  7. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a data entry or administrative support role
  8. Can start for work immediately
