Data Encoder / Operations Support (BTL)

Job Overview:

The Data Encoder / Operations Support provides administrative and clerical assistance to ensure smooth project execution and accurate data management for BTL activities. This role involves encoding manpower details, tracking deployment, and supporting operations teams with reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode and maintain accurate records of BTL manpower, deployment schedules, and project details.
  • Assist in monitoring attendance and submission of field reports.
  • Prepare and update trackers, reports, and other operational documents.
  • Coordinate with project teams to collect and verify data from on-ground activations.
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files for easy data retrieval.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in data encoding or administrative work (BTL experience is an advantage).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during project periods.
