The Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations while providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handles incoming communications, and assists different departments with administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: -Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. -Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and messages. -Handle inquiries and provide accurate information or assistance. -Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. -Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and documents. -Maintain and update office records, files, and databases. -Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other correspondence. -Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate logistics as required. -Monitor and order office supplies as needed. -Support HR, Accounting, or Operations with general administrative duties. -Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate supervisors. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or any related field. -Preferably with experience as an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist. -Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Presentable, courteous, and customer-oriented. -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision. -Can start immediately Preferred Skills: -Experience in handling phone systems and office equipment (printer, scanner, copier). -Basic knowledge of filing systems and office management procedures. -Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
