Job Description:

  • Handle new products, productivity and cost saving initiatives.
  • Tracking of milestones, timelines and timely escalation of concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely availability of required information and/ or documents.
  • Ensures the comprehensive and on-time transfer of new products to manufacturing sites and outside vendors through agreed trial testing and scale-up trials, and completion of all required functional tests.
  • Lead Manufacturing Site, Regional New Product Development and others - alignment meetings.
  • Create action register and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Science, Engineering or related field
  • Preferably with two (2) years experience in FMCG in Supply Chain or other relevant technical/ commercial functions. Fresh graduates from top universities may be considered.
  • Knowledge/ experience in Product Development and Project Management
  • Ability to create and analyze technical reports
  • Knowledge/ experience in Packaging, Processing, Planning, Sourcing or Manufacturing
  • Has led or worked in an international team environment
  • Must communicate well in English
