Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure alignment across teams and successful delivery of high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management across software development initiatives.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design.
  • Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure clear communication and transparency across teams and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide progress updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution, tools, and processes.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management within a software or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience managing mobile app or web platform projects.
  • Familiarity with backend technologies such as , Python, or Go.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), or DevOps workflows.
  • Experience in startup or fast-paced product environments.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
