  • Lead and manage end-to-end MEP project execution, ensuring timely completion and technical excellence.
  • Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower resources across multiple project sites.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of building systems and specialized equipment.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and general contractors to ensure alignment on technical and design requirements.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Enforce compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards specific to MEP projects.
  • Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges through practical, engineering-based solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related engineering field).
  • At least 10 years of project management experience in MEP or building systems installation (not general construction).
  • Strong technical background in HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Proven experience in manpower planning, site supervision, and equipment commissioning.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be assigned nationwide. For projects outside NCR, staff housing is provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
