Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end construction and fit-out projects. The role is responsible for project planning, execution, budget control, quality assurance, and stakeholder management, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and monitor 1–2 fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate across disciplines — architecture, engineering, design, and construction — to align project deliverables.
  • Manage budget, cost control, and contracts, ensuring progress billings and change orders are properly handled.
  • Conduct risk assessments, safety compliance checks, and implement mitigation plans throughout project execution.
  • Lead weekly site meetings with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams; prepare and submit progress reports.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Mentor and supervise project teams, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure project turnover, documentation, and close-out are completed accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect, Civil Engineer, or Interior Designer (Professional License required).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years handling fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and quality control.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently.
