JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Executive – Sales Coordination ensures the seamless execution of commercial agreements and documentation for NetSolar's direct and partner-led deals. This role prepares contracts, coordinates internal approvals, and tracks documentation to enable a smooth customer close experience. Works closely with the Growth, C&C, and Project Delivery teams to support accurate, timely deal closure.
Contract Management
- Draft and edit commercial contract templates using approved language
- Coordinate internal vetting with Finance, Legal, and C&C via CRM/DocuSign
- Ensure contract terms align with agreed proposals and commercial policies
Customer Engagement Support
- Address low-risk red-lines or commercial clarifications with clients
- Escalate complex deviations to C&C or Legal as needed
- Track contract status and follow up for timely execution
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain up-to-date repository of executed contracts and supporting files
- Monitor adherence to Delegation of Authority (DoA) and approval workflows
- Identify and flag errors, inconsistencies, or delays for resolution
Internal Coordination
- Serve as bridge between BDMs, C&C, and Project Delivery on documentation
- Support pre- and post-signature tasks to ensure a smooth customer handover
- Provide administrative support for CRM updates and pipeline hygiene
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Management, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in sales operations, commercial administration, or contract management
Familiarity with CRM and e-signature tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, DocuSign)

Strong organizational and coordination skills
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Effective communication and customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Trustworthy with handling sensitive commercial documents
