The individual will collaborate closely with key retail stakeholders to enhance category growth by aligning with brand initiatives, improving stock availability, and supporting data-driven demand creation. Emphasis is placed on prioritizing high-impact investments to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline; advanced training in commercial strategy is a plus.
  • At least two years' experience in retail or key account sales within a consumer goods environment; additional exposure in field execution or channel development is advantageous.
  • Skilled in strategic account handling, persuasive selling, and promotional execution.
  • Foundational experience in partner distribution, channel marketing, commercial analytics, and team leadership.
  • Familiar with sales cycle fundamentals, logistics processes, and customer demand trends.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and collaborative working abilities.
  • Capable of synthesizing insights from data to guide decisions.
  • Able to manage concurrent projects and operate cross-functionally.
  • Must be open to assignment in central office or field locations.
