Job Description:
- Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist in processing liquidation reports and reimbursement documents
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission and compliance
- Maintain organized records and support day-to-day office operations
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative work, preferably with exposure to liquidation processes
- Familiarity with basic accounting or finance procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and time management abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php28,000.00 per month
