Assist in scheduling and field technicians and Network Support for installation and

Monitor job order status and update records in the system accordingly.

Coordinate with the ourchasing team to ensure availability and timely release of equipment (modems, routers, cables, etc.).

Assist in documenting and tracking service issues, installations, and customer complaints.

Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management.

Check and consolidate network support accomplishment reports and time logs.

Assist in processing permits or clearances related to installations, when needed.

Support inventory checking, logistics tracking, and asset documentation.

Answer operational inquiries from internal departments and clients.

Ensure proper documentation and filing of all service orders and support forms.

Qualifications:

At least a college graduate; preferably with a diploma or degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
