Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Market Expansion:
    Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to penetrate new markets, identify qualified leads, and achieve revenue targets for IFM services through data-driven market research and competitive analysis.

  • Client Engagement & Solution Design:
    Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal creation to contract negotiation — while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design customized, value-driven IFM solutions aligned with client needs and strategic goals.

  • Industry Leadership & Performance Management:
    Maintain CRM accuracy, monitor sales performance, and report key insights to management while representing the company at industry events to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership in the facilities management sector.

Requirements:

  • Extensive B2B sales experience, including 5+ years in senior business development roles within IFM, commercial real estate, or large-scale property management.
  • Proven track record in generating leads, developing new markets, and securing multi-million-dollar, multi-year enterprise contracts.
  • Expertise in selling integrated, multi-service solutions, navigating complex procurement processes, and managing C-level client relationships.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, financial, and communication skills, with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
