The HR Supervisor will support and advise Business Units in all employee and HR-related matters, including recruitment and talent sourcing, remuneration, employee development, communication and change projects, and employee engagement and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation and application of policies, processes, and systems align with business requirements.
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs, including but not limited to timekeeping, benefits, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, morale, occupational health and safety, and training and development.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Ensure proper updating and communication to employees regarding any changes in company policy.
  • Support business leaders in resolving specific individual personnel issues.
  • Liaise with business leaders and functional leads to provide daily HR guidance.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in Psychology, Nursing, or Human Resource degree preferred, with at least 2 years of demonstrated general HR experience.
  • Preferably with experience working in an FMCG or Food Manufacturing Company.
  • Great team player and works well with others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-versed in local legal employment conditions and statutory regulations.
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Experienced in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management.
  • Must be willing to work in Novaliches City.
