Are you a confident communicator who loves turning first conversations into real opportunities? At Exypnox, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative who's ready to bring energy, curiosity, and hustle to a fast-moving global tech team.

You'll be the voice that opens doors — reaching out to potential clients, sparking meaningful conversations, and connecting businesses with a platform that's changing how people communicate across languages.

What You'll Do

  • Drive outbound engagement — 70+ calls and 50+ personalized emails each day using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads to generate interest in Boostlingo's solutions.
  • Schedule at least 10 qualified demos monthly for our Account Executive team.
  • Experiment with new outreach tactics and messaging to boost response rates.
  • Take a consultative approach — understand each prospect's challenges and show how we can help them succeed.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or lead generation (B2B preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Organized, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, curious, self-starter mindset.
