Overview:

As a Renewals/Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for renewing subscriptions for existing customers. To be successful, you'll need to be hardworking, energetic, and motivated by renewing existing subscriptions and providing features and benefits.

Sales Pioneer Team:

  • Retention Specialist (US Blended Voice/Non-voice Account) - with 50k performance bonus
  • Renewals Specialist (US Blended Voice/Non-voice Account) - with 50k performance bonus
  • Sales Representative(US Blended Voice/Non-voice Account) - with 50k performance bonus

  • Leads Generation

  • Inside Sale Representative
  • Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:

  • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives
  • Weekly forecasting on pipeline creation, progression, and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to drive success (i.e., Channel, BDRs, etc)
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and renew existing subscriptions
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline necessary to hit your sales targets through proactive outbound calling
  • Execute an outbound sales strategy to drive Renewals for existing/expiring subscriptions

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of Sales Experience
  • Senior High School or High school old curriculum graduates with good communications are welcome to apply
  • Should be willing to work onsite on a pre-dominantly night to shifting schedule in BGC, Taguig
