About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at UNO Adventure & Holidays'. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Actively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and services
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Accurately documenting and reporting on sales activities and pipeline

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the travel and tourism industry
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
