About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them discover how our solutions can meet their business needs. You'll qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support the sales process—an excellent opportunity to develop your B2B sales career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
  • Qualify leads by identifying needs, challenges, and potential fit for company solutions
  • Schedule sales meetings and product demos for account executives
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and maintain engagement throughout the sales cycle
  • Accurately document all interactions and progress in CRM tools (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to meet shared goals and targets

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or inbound/outbound telesales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Interest in technology and helping businesses find tailored solutions

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with warm calling, lead nurturing, or social selling techniques
