Logistics Bid Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Logistics Bid Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze customer logistics load bid requests and submit competitive bids using a predefined rate matrix. This position requires a strong understanding of technology, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work efficiently with structured data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret logistics load bid requests from customers.
• Use a provided rate matrix to calculate and submit bids accurately and promptly.
• Ensure bids are compliant with customer requirements and internal pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and pricing teams to optimize bid submissions.
• Maintain records of bid submissions and outcomes for analysis and improvement.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline the bidding process using technology tools.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and data.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other spreadsheet tools.
• Familiarity with logistics, freight, or transportation industry is a plus.
• Experience with automation tools, scripting, or basic programming (e.g., Python, VBA) is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple bid requests simultaneously.
• Experience with bid management platforms or TMS (Transportation Management Systems) is a plus
• Understanding of rate structures and logistics pricing models.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
