About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Amazon & Walmart Marketplace Manager to lead our eCommerce growth across both platforms. This role will be responsible for the overall strategy, execution, and performance — ensuring sustained sales growth, profitability, and brand consistency.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to optimize advertising, enhance catalog visibility, and maximize ROI. If you're passionate about data-driven decision-making, marketplace innovation, and operational excellence, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Leadership
- Own end-to-end performance for Amazon and Walmart, focusing on sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategies that align with company objectives and deliver measurable business impact.
Agency & Partner Management
- Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with KPIs, timelines, and ROI goals.
- Maintain proactive communication, performance reviews, and continuous process improvements.
Advertising & Optimization
- Lead large-scale Amazon and Walmart ad campaigns, including PPC, DSP, and Sponsored Ads.
- Optimize targeting, bids, and budgets to improve ACoS and maximize ROAS.
- Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for ongoing performance improvement.
Catalog & Content Excellence
- Ensure product listings are fully optimized for visibility, conversion, and brand integrity.
- Work with creative teams to enhance A+ content, brand stores, and imagery.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CVR, TACoS, Buy Box share, and organic rankings.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies and deliver regular reports to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with brand, marketing, operations, and creative teams on promotions, launches, and pricing strategies.
- Support seamless coordination between advertising, logistics, and inventory planning.
Market Intelligence
- Stay up-to-date with marketplace trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.
- Identify new opportunities and areas for innovation to stay ahead of the market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon (Seller or Vendor Central) and Walmart marketplaces.
- Proven success managing six-figure monthly ad budgets and delivering profitable growth.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon PPC, DSP, and advanced keyword optimization strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Helium10, Pacvue, Amazon Brand Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar.
- Experience leading agency relationships and collaborating across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify and NetSuite.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, retail readiness, and conversion optimization.
- Exposure to multiple consumer product categories is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php160, Php175,000.00 per month
