Research Analyst

  • Continuously track the US commercial real estate market, including data on properties, leases, tenants, availability, developments, sales, and ownership.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the local economy, job market, industry composition, demographics, and company growth to create a compelling narrative about the local market.
  • Present data insights and excellence through traditional reporting and advanced data visualization tools.
  • Actively engage with JLL's internal data management system and explore innovative applications for its content and visualization tools.
  • Produce quarterly market reports covering various property types within the portfolio.
  • Support client presentations by providing market intelligence, trends, and statistics.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external clients, promoting research as a key differentiator while being client-facing and focused on new business initiatives.
  • Stay updated on local and national commercial real estate news and inform clients accordingly.
  • Regularly refresh portfolio information for key properties in the market.

Executive Assistant Tasks:

  • Administrative Support
  • o Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple
  • businesses and personal commitments
  • o Screen, prioritize, and draft responses for emails, calls, and correspondence
  • o Organize and maintain electronic filing systems, records, and documents
  • Project & Business Support
  • o Track deliverables and deadlines for real estate development, acquisitions, and other CEO-led projects.
  • o Assist with preparation of investor reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • o Support underwriting tasks by gathering data, running basic financial models, and
  • summarizing findings
  • Personal & Household Administration
  • o Coordinate travel logistics, reservations, and itineraries
  • o Handle personal administrative tasks that overlap with business (e.g., real estate holdings, financial organization, personal scheduling)
  • Team & Partner Liaison
  • o Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, investors, lenders, and partners
  • o Follow up on action items, ensuring accountability and timely progress

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
