We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful digital products. As the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and the development team, you will ensure that our solutions meet business goals while providing a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the product backlog: create, prioritize, and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and QA engineers to ensure clear requirements and smooth delivery.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and translating it into actionable features and enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance through metrics, analytics, and customer feedback to guide decision-making.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the development team.
  • Ensure delivered features meet business objectives, quality standards, and release timelines.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and backlog prioritization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Logistics, Healthcare, or Advertising domains.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
  • Familiarity with data analytics or BI tools to inform product decisions.
  • Background in software development or technology.
